Grappa di Chardonnay

The aroma is fine, delicate and complex with floral notes followed by hints of chamomile. Harmonious and pleasantly soft on the palate. Only fresh Chardonnay marcs are distilled. - Gerardo

Grappa di Teroldego

Complex and delicate aroma of mulberries and notes of ripe fruit. Harmonious, very pleasant and long lasting. In this delicate distillation, only a few marcs are put in the alambic (pot still) to extract entirely their fragrances. - Gerardo

Grappa di Pinot Nero

Expressive grappa with intense aroma of wild berries, raspberries and mulberries, typical of Pinot Noir from Trentino. - Gerardo

Grappa di Traminer

The delicate and aromatic bouquet recalls rose petals and subtle notes of geranium and lemon. Complex, multi-faceted and long-lasting on the palate. Initially appears as a light grappa, but will give the taster ample impressions. - Gerardo

Grappa di Moscato Giallo (Goldmuskateller)

Intense and complex aroma. Very reminiscent of the primary aromas of the grape, coupled with slightly spicy notes. Intense and harmonious on the palate with a finish of golden muscat. Should be tasted rather cool. - Gerardo

Grappa di Nosiola

Pure Nosiola Grappa from delicate floral bouquet which evolves to nutty aromas. Complex, pleasantly harmonious and long lasting. - Gerardo

Grappa Invecchiata 3 anni

High-proof brandies made from Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Müller Thurgau, Traminer and Schiava marcs are aged for at least 3 years in French oak barriques. The complex aromas feature both primary and tertiary aromas such as vanilla and cocoa. Soft with excellent length. Best tasted in a large glass. - Gerardo

Acquavite di Albicocche (Aprikosenbrand)

Made from apricots that ripen on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius. Delicate aroma of apricot that also spreads on the palate and lasts long. - Gerardo

Acquavite di Mele (Apfelbrand)

This brandy is obtained from fully ripe apples from the Cembra Valley. The aroma is fruity and beguiling, the taste is soft and persistent. - Gerardo

Acquavite di Pere (Birnenbrand)

First class Williams Christ pear brandy made from fully ripe fruit of Trentino. Deep nose of fruit and alcohol. Full of character, with depth of fruit and elegance on the palate. - Gerardo

Grappa Delmé

Delmé is a complex grappa whose composition varies from year to year so that none of the brandies used drowns the others. This distillate is made from all 8 'grappe di vitigno' of the house Pilzer: Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Traminer, Pinot Nero, Schiava, Teroldego, Nosiola and Moscato Giallo. Slightly chilled in a wine glass this grappa tastes best! - Gerardo

Grappa Delmè d'or

The amber-colored grappa Delme is very intense, with well-integrated aromas of nuts and precious wood. The name Delmè comes from the Valle di Cembra, where it is customary to offer the best 'te dago delmè' to an invited friend. This grappa is a blend of all 8 'grappe di vitigno' (Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau, Traminer, Pinot Nero, Schiava, Teroldego, Nosiola, Moscato Giallo). Aging in French oak barriques for more than 5 years. - Gerardo
