The Carricante grapes for this Etna Bianco come from Contrada Praino near Milo, Contrade Verzella, Pietramarina and Arrigo near Castiglione di Sicilia. The color in the glass is an intense yellow, on the nose notes of Granny Smith apple as well as red grapefruit and some lemon blossom. The vineyard of about one hectare, which is destined for the production of Rosato, is located in Contrada Solicchiata near Castiglione at 750 meters above sea level. The color of this Etna Rosato is a delicate salmon red, with scents of red berries, cherries as well as rose petals.
