"It is worth highlighting that the grapes are already harvested together. The wine presents a sparkling straw yellow color with light golden tones; the aroma is intense, rich, of high elegance and persistent, we detect notes of honey and field flowers. On the palate it is dry, soft, very harmonious, very persistent in the finish, mainly due to its exceptionally full body. It is best enjoyed with truffle-based hors d'oeuvres, and of course with fish dishes, preferably from the cane and accompanied by a fine sauce, but dishes with white meat also go well. I found it exquisite with a salmon stuffed with parmesan and artichokes." - Daniele Cernilli
