Blanc de Blancs Spumante Brut DOCOttella, Veneto The Lugana Brut 'Blanc de Blancs' from the house Ottella is created from selected batches of the house's own base wine and fermented according to the Charmat method. The color in the glass is crystal clear with only occasional light yellow reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. The delicate floral bouquet on the nose is unobtrusive and reminiscent of white flowers. Fresh and animating on the palate, with finesse and a subtle mineral note.
