The hot climate in the deep south of Italy provides the ideal conditions for this sweet wine: the grapes from the vineyards at Tenuta Flaminio are dried under the sun, resulting in a dessert wine that is sublime all along the line: elegance and sweetness in optimal balance, underscored by exotic fruit notes - equally present on the nose, palate and long finish. - Gerardo [TS06/04]

The harvest is done by hand in small boxes in the first days of September. Subsequent destemming, pressing, cold and static pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in air-conditioned stainless steel tanks for 20-30 days. Aging takes place for 12 months in barrels of Allier oak. Final microfiltration and bottle aging for another 3 months. - Gerardo [TS06/04]
