Vallone's single varietal Primitivo Versante is a young, fruity red wine from the winery's newer vineyards. Bright ruby red in the glass, the aroma of amarena cherries and plums. Fresh on the palate with restrained tannins. - Gerardo [TS06/22]
Gerardo's Notes: Gentle destemming and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and second fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of about 15 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
