The color in the glass is a strong clear pink. The aroma is of exotic fruits, the palate is fresh, round and harmonious. The cuvee of four native Sardinian grape varieties gives rise to a rosato of full-bodied flavor. - Gerardo [TS02/23]
Gerardo's Notes: The eventful settlement history of Sardinia also influences the viticulture of this region. In Sardinia you can find so many ancient, partly quite unknown, autochthonous grape varieties as in hardly any other region of Italy. An extremely successful blend of some of these grape varieties (including Cannonau, Malaga, Monica and Pascale) is the 'Thaòra'.
