Gerardo's Notes: The two grape varieties are first processed separately, traditional maceration is followed by 12 months of aging in barrique barrels; subsequent blending of the two Cuvee partners and further aging in large oak barrels. 'Field' is a powerful partner to duck breast on orange sauce; also a taste sensation with spicy vegetable pan.
