Bright, light yellow color with greenish tinge. Fine varietal aroma of gooseberry, grapefruit and nettle. Dry with delicate fruit acidity and remarkable melt and density. - Gerardo
Gerardo's Notes: The Mediterranean climate with nightly cooling favors the ripening of Sauvignon grapes in the 'Stern' single vineyard. This wine grows on heat-retaining limestone gravel soils, in locations at about 500m above sea level. The ideal companion to asparagus dishes, fish dishes as well as different variations of vegetable risotto.
