Fasoli Gino, Veneto
Intense ruby color, nose present aromas of plum and rum pot, typical of dried grapes. Harmoniously combines spicy notes with hints of ripe red fruit. The fine and persistent tannins balance the high alcohol content and provide an overall very persistent finish.
The history of Pinot Noir Sande dates back to the late 80s. The extremely low yields due to the cultivation create a grape material that has an exceptionally high concentration of sugar and aromas. Subsequent grape drying further concentrates the full aromatic potential of the fruit, creating a unique wine in its category. - Gerardo [TS05/14]
