Soave Pieve Vecchia is one of the most important wines from Fasoli: the ripe as well as partially dried grapes are elaborately harvested by hand in three passes. The result is a complex wine with a bright golden yellow color. On the nose, it is reminiscent of dried field flowers, ripe fruit and pastries. On the palate it has a powerful structure with a present but restrained acidity. The taste is memorable and lasts until the long finish. - Gerardo [TS05/20]
