Perinato is a Soave Classico Cru whose Garganega vines grow on hilly vineyards interspersed with volcanic rocks. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Aromas of yellow fruits like tangerine, apricot and Mediterranean scents like sage. The palate is rich, with balanced acidity and remarkable minerality with final sensations of almond.
