Soave Classico Perinato is a special cru whose Garganega vines thrive on volcanic hills. The wine has a straw-yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is dominated by aromas of mandarin, apricot and Mediterranean herbs such as sage. It is rich on the palate, with a balanced acidity and pronounced minerality. It finishes with a delicate almond flavor that perfectly reflects its volcanic origins. - Gerardo [TS10/22]
