Excellent Pinot Noir Riserva of ruby to garnet color. The bouquet is reminiscent of sour cherries, wild berries, oranges and spices. On the palate of fine fruit with salty freshness, delicate and elegant, long-lasting, with pleasant fruity tannin structure. - Gerardo [TS12/18]
Gerardo's Notes: Varied companion to flavorful appetizers, such as ravioli filled with feta cheese or pasta with ragout, ideal with light meat dishes such as roasts, impressive with wild hare or wild fowl, somewhat fresh served also versatile with fish dishes.
