The white wine cuvee Stoan is one of the artist wines from the house Tramin: Of bright, golden yellow color as well as refined, fruity aroma of peach, apricot, pear and elderberry. Harmonious and balanced on the palate, delicately fruity and with a delicate minerality, at the same time slightly melting and with a long-lasting, fine-creamy finish. - Gerardo [TS12/23]
"Brilliant greenish yellow. Intense and clear nose, smells of mirabelle plums, nectarines, some sage, fine nutty notes in the background. Creamy and dense on the palate, builds nice pressure, fills out the palate richly even in the back end, finishes on tree-ripened apple, some caramel." - Falstaff
Gerardo's Notes: The Stoan is the unique, creative idea of the Traminer cellar master: from the typical, South Tyrolean grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc and Gewürztraminer ensteht this lively and distinctive assemblage. A robust white wine of the highest class, best suited for aging.
