This elegant Sauvignon shows notes of elderflower, tomato leaf and gooseberry on the nose. On the palate, the 'Mervin' is varietal, characterized by richness and breed, with a fine long finish. - Gerardo [TS06/19]
Gerardo's Notes: The sun-drenched eastern slopes of Tscherms offer ideal conditions for creating a mineral, filigree Sauvignon Blanc with a pleasant acid structure from grapes. Roasted char on lime risotto underline the character of this mineral wine.
