Alto Mincio 'RosesRoses' is a skilfully made Garda Rosato - with hints of rose petals in the aroma and an irresistible, smooth and quaffable style. Gerardo's Notes: Since red wine vineyards have been reduced at Ottella, the production volume of Rosato 'RosesRoses' is also severely limited each year. The wine is thereby clearly more powerful than a Chiaretto and thus somewhat atypical for the common Rosato's of the area. A fact that I personally find great since this allows a wine of finesse and character. Also note the fine acidity typical of Ottella, which enlivens and supports the wine. Great wine with fish and seafood, but also with white meat and summer dishes in general, due to the stronger structure.
