The Cagnulari Riserva Recònta has a muted ruby red color with elegant violet reflections and an appealing appearance in the glass. Its bouquet is spicy and develops seductive aromas of black fruits accompanied by the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, this single-varietal wine is balanced and full-bodied, while the silky tannins provide a pleasant texture. Gerardo's Notes: Recònta stammt aus kalkhaltigen Gebieten von Usini und Villassunta, wo die autochthone Rebsorte Cagnulari eine optimale Reifung erreicht. Weiße Böden, die wenig Wasser enthalten, aber reich an Kalk und Mineralien sind, die für die Pflanze sehr nützlich sind. Diese pedoklimatischen Bedingungen ermöglichen es der Rebsorte, die für das Mittelmeergebiet typischen Düfte und krautigen Aromen zu entfalten und ihre organoleptischen Eigenschaften am besten zu entwickeln.
