'Lafòa' is a single-varietal Sauvignon from the hills around Girlan with an international reputation. A literally explosive bouquet with aromas of tomato leaves and sage, underscored by delicate floral and vegetal notes impresses on the nose. The pithy acidity coupled with a powerful structure gives a particularly harmonious impression on the palate. In addition, very intense fruity notes of elderberry, acacia flowers and sage - combined with fine wood aromas and a persistent finish. - Gerardo [TS06/23]
