This red wine comes from a classic Vernatsch vineyard located between St. Pauls and St. Michael: clear ruby red in the glass, the Vernatsch Fallwind unfolds aromas of fruit, violets and jasmine on the nose. Gerardo's Notes: 'For centuries, Vernatsch (Italian: Schiava) was the most important red wine variety in South Tyrol. Today there are only a few suitable sites for this autochthonous grape variety. On the southeastern slopes above the South Tyrolean Wine Road, between St. Michael and St. Pauls, the grapes for the 'Pagiser' thrive. It is fresh, fruity, with a fine bitter almond aroma. Simply a classic that guarantees excellent drinking pleasure.
