Only a few Gewürztraminers can compete with those from Alsace - and those that can are all from South Tyrol: The Gewürztraminer 'Nussbaumer' is a bright intense golden yellow in the glass. To the nose, this rich white wine reveals a kaleidoscope of scents reminiscent of rose petals, ylang ylang, ripe yellow exotic fruits, honeydew melon and mango. This spectrum is accompanied by notes of dried herbs, ginger, saffron, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Of deep aromatics, full-bodied and extracted but with fine spicy juiciness and salty minerality. This Lagrein Riserva shows a ruby to dark garnet color in the glass. On the nose, delicate and floral notes of violets, blueberries and black currants. Loam · Cabernet-Merlot Riserva DOC 2020

The Loam is a Cuvee of a special kind, consisting of 50 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 15 percent Cabernet Franc and 35 percent Merlot; these varieties have been at home in South Tyrolean vineyards for over 150 years. It presents a garnet to dark garnet red color, and its aroma is reminiscent of tart aromas of wild cherry, black currant, dried fruit, chocolate and cedar. Troy · Chardonnay Riserva DOC 2020

The Chardonnay Riserva Troy comes from vineyards located at over 500 meters. Such a Chardonnay from high altitude is a rarity, but therein lies the charm: of pale straw yellow color in the glass, in the bouquet of fresh apples, supported by subtle citrus and mint notes. Fresh and cool on the palate, with spicy notes and hints of almond and hazelnut.
