On the site Menzen near Schreckbichl grow the old Vernatsch vines for this archetypal South Tyrolean red wine. The color is bright ruby red, the aroma is pleasantly fruity. The grapes come from the single vineyard Harrer near Schreckbichl-Girlan, much care in the vineyard makes it possible to press fully ripe and healthy grapes to a varietal Riesling: yellow-green color paired with fine, intense fruit aromas reminiscent of peach and apricots. Prail · Sauvignon DOC 2022

Bright color with greenish-yellow reflections. Intense fruity notes of elderberry, acacia flowers, gooseberries and sage. Fresh and crisp acidity on the palate with a subtle mineral aftertaste.
