Since we need space for subsequent vintages and new additions, we have once again pulled out the red pen and reduced quite a few wines. Our wines are stored year-round in air-conditioned conditions and are regularly tasted to ensure the quality. For you as our customers, this means that you can also access matured wines without further ado, we only offer what passes our strict self-control. We advise you to take action, because most of the wines from the category 'Rest of the Best' are only available in small quantities. This proverbial 'rest' is accordingly quickly out of stock.
