The Cuvée Laven represents the successful combination of different elements: The legendary Bolzano porphyry was formed from volcanic lava and gives the wine its name. In its naturalness, it recalls the origins of Bolzano and at the same time is very modern. Aging takes place partly in concrete as well as in pyramid-shaped oak barrels and in steel tanks. Monte Fiorentine comes from the oldest growing area of Soave Classico: the vineyard Monte Fiorentine in the middle of the hilly landscape covered with black volcanic soil. White wine of bright straw yellow color. Fine and delicate nose of exotic fruits and citrus. Soft, persistent and spicy taste. Laven · Südtirol Bianco DOC 2022 (Bio)

The color of Laven is a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, fruity on the nose with notes of ripe fruit such as apple, pear, peach and some tropical fruit. Elegant and powerful on the palate, with fresh, pleasant acidity.

The Cuvée Laven represents the successful combination of different elements: The legendary Bolzano porphyry was formed from volcanic lava and gives the wine its name. In its naturalness, it recalls the origins of Bolzano and at the same time is very modern. Aging takes place partly in concrete as well as in pyramid-shaped oak barrels and in steel tanks. Solos · Weiß DOC 2021 (Bio)

Solos is the new white wine cuvée from the house of Kaltern and also grown close to nature: The exciting blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Pinot Blanc comes from vineyards with a minimum age of 25 years and low yields per hectare. Here, the base wines are partially fermented spontaneously and partially aged in barrique.
