Dr. Reiner Czichos - Living and shaping change
The architect of change
Dr. Reiner Czichos is a true all-rounder when it comes to change management, leadership and transformation - and has been for over four decades. As a coach, artist, author, trainer, facilitator and consultant, he not only brings experience, but above all attitude: an eye for the big picture. His work begins where change needs more than methods - namely orientation, depth and a real feel for people and organizations.
He has been involved in over a dozen successful change projects in a wide variety of roles: sometimes as a silent companion, sometimes as a driving force, often as a clever moderator between worlds. In doing so, he always manages to penetrate complex contexts and make them tangible for others - a skill that has made him a valued expert in both business and science. Since 2016, he has been working as Co-Leader Practice at Danube University Krems, where he is intensively involved in digital transformation processes and interdisciplinary issues.
Versatility as a method
Dr. Czichos is not an off-the-peg coach - his strength lies in his versatility. He combines methodological knowledge with joie de vivre, depth with humor and structure with spontaneity. Whether at conferences, in workshops or over a glass of red wine in the evening, his focus is always on dialog with people.
He has supported over 100 clients, trained more than 100 trainers and written eleven books and over 150 specialist articles himself - without ghostwriters, but with plenty of substance. His passion for language, art, reading and painting is also reflected in the way he works: creative, curious, impatient in the best sense of the word - and always on the lookout for new ways to convey complex topics in an understandable and lively way.
And what's next?
For Dr. Czichos, change is not a goal, but a path. With youthful curiosity and great openness, he continues to tackle new topics and challenges - whether as a facilitator in research projects, as a source of inspiration for companies or as a learner in his own everyday life. And his plan for the future? Quite simple: to live to be 100 years old - and to help people understand, shape and enjoy change for as long as possible. - Tobias Gerhard Strunz [TS04/25]
