Tradition since 1860: The beginnings of Concilio
The roots of Concilio go back to 1860, when Angelo Grigolli decided to make wine from the fertile Adige Valley available to the inhabitants of his home town of Mori and the surrounding region. What began as a local trading company developed over more than a century into a solid production facility and a renowned wine trading company. Grigolli's entrepreneurial pioneering spirit laid the foundations for a development that can still be felt today.

A fusion of two strengths: The birth of Concilio
In 1972, a decisive step was taken in the company's history: Grigolli merged with the equally traditional Cantina Boschi & Gamberoni. This merger gave rise to the current name Concilio - a symbol of the merging of two worlds of experience and the pooling of shared expertise. This merger marked the beginning of a new, dynamic phase in which the focus was increasingly placed on quality, structure and international presence.

A significant change: the cooperatives join
In 1990, another far-reaching change took place: several cooperatives joined Concilio, including the renowned Le Meridiane winery. This merger not only significantly increased production capacity, but also expanded the diversity and depth of the product range. Today, Concilio stores and bottles around six million bottles a year - a considerable volume that can be attributed to maximum efficiency and modern cellar technology. Despite this scale, the commitment to quality remains unshakeable.

Variety in the glass: from fresh white wines to powerful reds
Concilio Vini impresses with a multi-faceted range that delights both fans of fresh white wines and lovers of full-bodied reds. Particularly noteworthy are the fruity Chardonnay and the characteristic Nosiola - both wines that authentically reflect the terroir of Trentino. In the red segment, varieties such as Marzemino, Merlot and Cabernet shine with elegance, structure and expressiveness. This style is no coincidence, but the result of careful work in the vineyard and in the cellar.

Rooted in the region: a network of family businesses
Concilio is one of the most important quality wine producers in Trentino today. The company sees itself as a link between tradition and modernity, between winegrowing families and the international market. Under the management of Alfredo Albertini, around 400 family-run wineries are coordinated, whose vineyards are located in ideal locations around Trento, in Valsugana and in Vallagarina near Lake Garda. This diversity of locations makes it possible to produce a wide range of styles and expressions.

The winery, located in the Trento region, is equipped with the latest technology and follows strict principles of sustainability - both ecological and social. The focus is not only on the quality of the wines, but also on responsibility towards the environment. Modern pressing methods, energy-efficient processes and a resource-conserving approach to water and soil are integral parts of the company philosophy.

Focus on indigenous grape varieties: the heart of Trentino
Concilio pays particular attention to indigenous grape varieties that are deeply rooted in the history of the region. Marzemino and Teroldego are cultivated and developed with great care to preserve their original character. The portfolio is complemented by elegant white wines, which have earned the company national and international recognition.

Precision and prestige: Trento DOC and Mori Vecio Riserva
A special flagship of the Cantina is Trento DOC - a high-quality sparkling wine made from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes using traditional bottle fermentation. The success of this prestigious cuvée has considerably strengthened the reputation of the winery in recent years. No less remarkable is the Mori Vecio Riserva: an iconic red wine vinified in the style of great Bordeaux cuvées made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Matured in French oak barrels, it impresses with its depth, elegance and longevity.
