  The “Cuvée 601 Spumante Rosé Metodo Classico Trento” from Cantina di Trento is a classic bottle-fermented wine that symbolizes the traditional sparkling wine culture of Trentino. Produced from selected hillside vineyards above Trento—on limestone and gravel-rich soils between 400 and 650 meters above sea level—this cuvée is vinified exclusively from the Pinot Nero grape variety. Short maceration times, gentle pressing, and traditional aging on the lees give the wine structure and depth. The possibility of a longer maturation period and the characteristic method set it apart as an elegant statement of quality.

In the glass, the wine appears in a delicate old rose color with subtle orange reflections - already a visual indication of its fine nature.
