The Grappa di Traminer captivates with its delicate, multi-layered fragrance, reminiscent of rose petals and accompanied by fine notes of geranium, citrus fruit and a hint of nutmeg. The characteristic aromas of the Gewürztraminer grape are reflected here with impressive clarity and elegance. Distillation is carried out gently in order to capture the aromatic depth and floral finesse of the grape variety in its purest form.
On the palate, the grappa is surprisingly fine and accessible, yet develops a complex structure with subtle nuances and a long finish.
