Elisir di Limone (Limoncello) is made from the aromatic Sfusato Amalfitano variety, whose limes thrive on the sunny slopes of the Amalfi Coast around Ravello under ideal climatic conditions. These lemons are characterized by their thick skin and their characteristically sweet, intense flavour. The fruit is harvested in the early hours of the morning, then carefully peeled by hand and macerated in pure alcohol to preserve its full aroma.
Further processing follows a centuries-old tradition, the exact recipe for which remains a well-kept family secret. Without any artificial additives, the result is an authentic limoncello that carries the essence of the Amalfi Coast with its natural freshness and depth of flavor.
