Bolonero · Castel del Monte Rosso DOC 2019

Ruby red, partly garnet color in the glass. In the aroma stimulating and harmonious of ripe fruit, accented by notes of tobacco. The palate is complex, elegant and wonderfully drinkable. The tannins are soft and balanced. Bolonero is the entry-level wine of Torrevento and, along with Vigna Pedale, also one of the most famous. Kebir is a cuveé of Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero di Troia is deep ruby red color with garnet nuances. The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe dark fruits and some vanilla, cinnamon and cloves.
