Bolonero · Castel del Monte Rosso DOC 2019

Ruby red, partly garnet color in the glass. In the aroma stimulating and harmonious of ripe fruit, accented by notes of tobacco. The palate is complex, elegant and wonderfully drinkable. The tannins are soft and balanced. Bolonero is the entry-level wine of Torrevento and, along with Vigna Pedale, also one of the most famous. Passione Reale · Appassimento Rosso IGP 2021

This red wine, produced by the appassimento method, has an intense ruby color with violet reflections. The aroma is reminiscent of fully ripe black cherries and ripe berries. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, underlined by slightly sweetish hints. - Gerardo [TS12/22]

Vigna Pedale · Castel del Monte Rosso Riserva DOCG 2016

The color of the Vigna Pedale is a dark garnet red with violet reflections. The aroma is delicately spicy with notes of wild berries, thyme and a hint of earth. Concentrated and elegant on the palate, with nuances of berries and a hint of laurel and pepper. The finish is surprisingly long and compact, with rustic tannins. Kebir is a cuveé of Cabernet Sauvignon and Nero di Troia is deep ruby red color with garnet nuances. The bouquet is reminiscent of ripe dark fruits and some vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. The wine is composed of 70% Nero di Troia and 30% Montepulciano, but with this balanced vintage we get a better view of this special native grape of Puglia. The bouquet boasts a wild side with bramble, forest berry and pressed violets. Other aromatic components include toasted nut, licorice and tar.
