  Torrevento's Passione Reale Appassimento Rosso comes from a traditional winemaking family in the heart of Apulia and showcases the special appassimento technique: after harvesting, the Primitivo and Nero di Troia grape varieties are deliberately dried before fermentation, giving the wine a concentrated fruitiness and velvety depth. The combination of sun-drenched Murge slopes, stony soils, and careful hand harvesting clearly anchors this red wine in the Apulia region—a wine that makes its origin palpable.

In the glass, Passione Reale impresses with its intense ruby red color and violet reflections—a visual harbinger of its power and fullness.
