This Riesling presents itself in a bright straw yellow with a subtle greenish shimmer and fascinates with its multi-layered bouquet. Elegant notes of elderberry and fresh herbs unfold on the nose, accompanied by a subtle spiciness reminiscent of stinging nettle and green peppers. Fine citrus nuances and a hint of white peach lend it additional freshness and elegance.
On the palate, the wine is refreshingly lively with a harmonious balance between juicy fruit and precise, well-integrated acidity. The mineral structure provides depth, while a fine, minty spiciness lends the Riesling a cool sophistication.
