Gerardo's Notes: First documented in 1877, Berganorio was one of the lands that formed the estate of Tenute le Velette. This wine is the modern result of a centuries-old history of winemaking. Historic autochthonous grape varieties express freshness, minerality and the terroir of the volcanic soils thanks to careful winemaking. It is the white wine par excellence of the Orvieto area and has been for 2,500 years!
