The Cuvée Laven represents the successful combination of different elements: The legendary Bolzano porphyry was formed from volcanic lava and gives the wine its name. In its naturalness, it recalls the origins of Bolzano and at the same time is very modern. Aging takes place partly in concrete as well as in pyramid-shaped oak barrels and in steel tanks.
