The vineyards of Col Vetoraz are located in the best areas of Valdobbiadene: A landscape characterized by gentle slopes with perfect sun exposure and ideal soil composition. The tradition of the Miotto family, more than a century old, and the skills and ideas of an innovative oenologist - these are the pillars on which Col Vetoraz was founded in 1993. The agronomist Paolo De Bortoli and the oenologist Loris Dall'Acqua accompany Francesco Miotto in this journey, the search for excellence. The Prosecco Cartizze comes from the renowned production area of the same name, and is vinified according to the Charmat metode. Intense and delicate aroma of flowers and ripe fruit. In the drink velvety, rich and aromatic. - Gerardo [TS06/22]
