Gerardo's Notes: Pinot-Bianco Prunar thrives on calcareous sedimentary soils on slopes 500 meters above sea level. This Pinot Blanc comes from the single vineyard of the same name and enjoys the alpine Mediterranean microclimate with nightly cooling. Recommended with fresh, light summer dishes such as asparagus or variations of fish.
