Pinot Bianco is the most frequently cultivated white grape variety in Girlan. The Pinot Bianco Flora is characterized by its elegant Burgundian aromas of pineapple and ripe fruit. Gerardo's Notes: Für die Pinot-Bianco Riserva werden bei Girlan nur sorgfältig ausgewählte Trauben verwendet, die auf besonders geeigneten Böden mit den geringsten Erträgen geerntet werden. Der Großteil der Trauben stammt aus Girlan, wo die Weinberge auf Moränenböden mit extrem hohem Steinanteil angebaut werden. Aromatik, Fülle und Länge sind die Merkmale dieses Anbaugebietes. Die restlichen Trauben stammen aus der Lage Eppan Berg, wo wir im Vergleich zu Girlan kühlere Lagen vorfinden. Lehmige Lehmböden auf Kalkstein verleihen dem Flora Weißburgunder Frische und Saftigkeit.
