Sauvignon Indra is intense on the nose of nettle and elderberry, with freshness and liveliness on the palate. In the drink this aromatic white wine is balanced thanks to minerality and fresh acidity. Good with fish dishes, seafood, asparagus and white meat. - Gerardo [TS06/21]
Gerardo's Notes: The Sauvignon grapes for Indra thrive in Girlan, on moraine soils from the Ice Age. The sites benefit from a lot of sun, in the afternoon the foothills of the Ora from Lake Garda can be felt, which ventilate the vineyards.
