Aromas of dried fruit, ripe apricots and quince form the olfactory components, rounded off with a fresh breeze of citrus. In the mouth the wine is soft, full, with a marked sweetness, long lasting in the finish. Pasithea Oro late harvest wine is drunk as a dessert wine with desserts, but it is also excellent with blue cheese, mature and spicy cheeses. - Gerardo [TS06/19]

Gerardo's Notes: The harvest of Gewürztraminer grapes for Pasithea Oro takes place at the end of October, after which the grapes are dried for 2 months in small boxes in the open air. The aging of this noble sweet wine takes place for 12 months in barriques.
