Kurtatsch in the south of South Tyrol is rich in warm soils, where both Cabernet varieties, which are combined in Kurtatscher Cabernet, can mature very well. From the Cabernet Sauvignon comes the elegant fruit, reminiscent of black currants - the Cabernet Franc contributes the spicy, vital spice. - Gerardo [TS07/16]
