Canestraro · Grechetto IGT 2021

  The ancient and noble white wine variety Grechetto has been increasingly cultivated in Umbria in recent years. The vine is also widespread in Lazio and can achieve the best results in good locations. A special vineyard with ideal exposure and good soil conditions (tufa of volcanic origin) has been reserved for the 'Canestraro' at Le Quinte. The resulting single varietal Grechetto is an expressive white wine full of personality and elegance. The bouquet is of pears and almonds, and on the palate it is full-bodied, soft and very stylish.
