Antonella Corda | Sardegna
Antonella Corda's family winery, founded in 2010, is located in Parteolla, in the south of Sardinia. The gently rolling hills in the hinterland of Cagliari are one of the oldest cultivated areas on the island. Surrounded by olive groves, wheat fields and maquis, this agricultural region is characterized by its originality and diversity. Not far away, the hills rise up into mountains and create an impressive backdrop for the small villages and farmsteads in the surrounding area - an ideal environment for natural viticulture, as Antonella Corda understands it.
Antonella comes from a traditional winemaking family and has deepened her knowledge with a degree in agricultural science. Today, she impressively combines tradition, innovation and sustainable thinking in her winery. Her deep commitment to her work, love of her homeland and respect for the land are reflected in every aspect of her production. The pursuit of quality and authenticity is always combined with an open eye for modern developments. Antonella Corda's wines combine origin, craftsmanship and personality - expressive, fine and entirely Sardinian. - Gerardo [TS05/25]
"To love the earth means, above all, to respect it like a mother. Antonella Corda recognizes herself in this principle and believes in sustainable cultivation as a means of combining human activity with the properties of the soil and handing it over intact to future generations. This awareness goes hand in hand with Antonella's experience working in the vineyard and is reflected in the choice of organic fertilization and biological control measures, as well as sustainable irrigation systems and renewable energies." - Falstaff
