Mario Fongo's grissini are the result of a traditional family recipe that goes back to a long tradition of Piedmontese baking. Made from high-quality flour, water, olive oil and salt, they owe their exceptional crispness and unique taste to the careful artisan processing. A special feature of these grissini is the sprinkling of durum wheat semolina, which gives them their characteristic rough surface and perfect bite.

On special request, Mario Fongo's bakery grissini are made entirely without lard, making them a lighter and more tasty alternative to traditional grissini. They are the ideal accompaniment to antipasti, cheese, charcuterie or a glass of wine.
