Bottarga di Tonno is a fine Italian specialty made from tuna roe. The roe is carefully salted, pressed and dried in the sun before being preserved in jars. Often referred to as the “Sardinian caviar”, bottarga offers an intense, salty flavor and a delicate texture. Traditionally, bottarga is grated over pasta to add a luxurious, umami-rich touch to dishes.
