This expressive red wine from the Vittoria region combines the strength of 70% Nero d’Avola with the aromatic finesse of 30% Frappato. Following a twelve-day maceration and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, it gains its final polish through twelve months of aging in used 500-liter tonneaux.
