Esprit Follet Fumin Vallée d'Aosta DOP 2017La Crotta di Vegneron, Valle d'Aosta
Fumin is an ancient red grape variety native to the Valle d'Aosta. A late ripening grape variety which, thanks to the traditional vinification and the subsequent aging in different barrels, allows a great wine of strong character: purple red with violet reflections in color, clear and dense. In the aroma spicy and floral, of vanilla and white pepper and cloves and red fruits. Intense and persistent on the palate, yet smooth and fresh with elegant tannins. Harmnoic, balanced as well as persistent in the finish. - Gerardo
