  The Cantina di Trento's “Contessa Manci” Pinot Grigio is a finely balanced expression of northern Trentino winemaking: made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, the grapes grow on well-drained moraine and gravel soils with a south-western exposure around Trento - a terroir that elegantly combines freshness and minerality. The grapes are selectively harvested, gently pressed, and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal aromas.

In the glass, the wine is a delicate straw yellow with bright reflections. The nose is elegant and balanced, with ripe pear, fresh apple, and floral accents of acacia blossom, underpinned by a subtle mineral note that makes the terroir palpable. On the palate, Contessa Manci captivates with its clear fruitiness, smooth texture, and a subtle bitter almond note on the finish—a white wine with lightness and character that is a stylish accompaniment to antipasti, fine fish dishes, or white poultry. - Gerardo [TS10/24]
