The Sauvignon grape variety has been cultivated in South Tyrol for more than a century. Typical of Flora are the intense aroma of citrus and elderflower and the freshness and liveliness on the palate. Minerality and refreshing acidity characterize the aromas of this wine. Flora is well suited to fish dishes, seafood, asparagus and white meat - Gerardo [TS06/22]
