  The Omnes Dies Cuvée White from the Neustift monastery in South Tyrol is an extremely elegant and multifaceted white wine that wonderfully reflects the alpine terroir of this region. In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow color with delicate greenish reflections that emphasize its freshness and youthfulness. The bouquet unfolds complex aromas of ripe yellow fruits such as pear and apple, complemented by floral nuances and fine herbal aromas characteristic of the high altitudes of South Tyrol. On the palate, the wine impresses with a harmonious balance between lively acidity and creamy texture, accompanied by a subtle minerality that reflects its origin in the calcareous soils of the Neustift area.

A special feature of Omnes Dies Cuvée White lies in its careful blend of selected grape varieties from the winery, which together create a harmonious yet complex profile. The vines thrive in vineyards, some of which are located on the steep slopes of the Eisack Valley, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop intense aromas. The name “Omnes Dies” recalls the long monastic winegrowing tradition of the Neustift monastery, which has been known for centuries for its cultivated production of high-quality wines.
