This Sylvaner shines in a radiant straw yellow with fine greenish reflections and impresses with its inviting, fruity aroma. Ripe notes of juicy apple, Williams pear and honeydew melon unfold on the nose, accompanied by a hint of fresh herbs and white flowers. Fine mineral notes lend it additional depth and elegance.
On the palate, the wine is powerful yet harmonious, with a lively acidity that perfectly balances its structure. The fine minerality, characterized by the barren soils of the Isarco Valley, gives it freshness and tension.
