The bouquet reveals profound aromas of juicy sour cherries, which combine with a spicy, smoky complexity reminiscent of tobacco and fine vanilla pods. On the palate, Il Sogno is full-bodied and harmonious, with velvety, pleasantly sweet tannins typical of Sant'Andrea.
